1. DesignWe start with your requirements and your field team's real-worldneeds. Together we select a core model — backpack, duffel, laptop sleeve, oranother base — then tailor it: sizing, features, materials, textiles, andapplied graphics, all built around how your workforce actually works.
2. Sample Development
ForwardAP manages the full sampling process — sourcing materialsand components, and creating tooling when needed for thermoformed parts, rubberlogos, and other custom details. We typically run two rounds of samples to lockthe design before manufacturing begins.
3. Pricing
Pricing is shared throughout the sampling process, not held backuntil the end. We work toward maximum transparency, so you always know wherecosts stand before committing to a production run.
4. Manufacturing
Once the sample is confirmed, we move into production. We don'thold stock — every piece is manufactured to your specs, requirements, andvolumes. Standard lead time is 30 to 45 days.
5. Logistics
We offer FOB pricing from Hong Kong, or DAP/DDP if youneed door-to-door delivery — managing the full shipping process to yourwarehouse. Prefer to use your own freight partner? We'll support you throughoutthe process either way
