We believe a sample should promise nothing it can't deliver. What you approve is exactly what gets produced — no surprises, no gap between prototype and reality.
Sampling is where a concept becomes a physical, producible object, and we manage that entire process in-house. From sourcing the right fabrics and hardware components to preparing technical drawings, every step happens under one roof, which keeps the sample tightly aligned with what full production will actually deliver.
Our sampling process is built to remove surprises before they happen:
- Full fabric and component sourcing on your behalf
- Detailed technical drawings for every sample
- Samples built to production standard, not simplified mock-ups
- A target of 2–3 iterations to reach sign-off
Because samples are built using production-grade materials and methods from the start, what you sign off is what gets manufactured — no re-engineering, no last-minute substitutions once the order is placed. We aim to reach an approved, "signed off" sample within two to three rounds, keeping your development timeline short without cutting corners on accuracy. By the time a sample is approved, it's already production-ready.
